The guys who organized it were amazing, especially the walk throughs we did with Ray Sasser, a licensed home inspector. His knowledge and willingness to share blew me away. Greetings, my name is Brian Carpenter. I am a professional general contractor and currently enrolled in a 3-day REA workshop. I am thoroughly enjoying this course and find it highly educational. The opportunity to explore various properties and discover new strategies for financial gain has been particularly enlightening. Prior to this workshop, I was unaware of the multitude of options available, ranging from subject-to deals to property rehabilitation. Moving forward, my primary focus will be on acquiring and maintaining my own properties. Consequently, I am eager to absorb as much knowledge as possible during this workshop, as it will greatly contribute to my ability to achieve my desired goals.

Hello, my name is Chris Ballard. I recently attended a 3-day workshop that proved to be incredibly informative. During the workshop, we covered a wide range of topics including negotiations for wholesaling and flipping properties, as well as how to determine which properties are worth flipping. One of the highlights was when we actually went outside and toured three different houses, learning what to look for both inside and outside of the properties. On the final day, we delved deeper into negotiating contracts and explored the concept of sub-2, including how to effectively write them. Overall, the workshop was extremely educational, especially for someone like me who had some prior knowledge but wanted to expand my understanding. One of the key takeaways was the importance of networking with fellow attendees in order to continue growing in this field. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking to learn about real estate investment strategies and connect with like-minded individuals.
